How are Korean wings different than Buffalo wings?
Our Korean wings are brined for 12-hours, coated in a very thin batter, fried once, and oh yeah, fried again! The double fry is what makes our Korean wings unique and simply better than Buffalo.
How do your wings stay so crispy?
Once again, we give the credit to the double frying. We also take pride in our packaging that is specifically designed to keep foods hot without making the food soggy.
My pickup time says 10 minutes. Is my order really going to be ready this fast?
Yes! We may get a little behind at peak lunch and dinner hours, but our wings come out fast. Really fast! This is possible with our limited menu, unique frying process, and our awesome team.
Are your wings fresh or frozen?
Always fresh. Our wings are delivered fresh multiple times a week and we never use frozen wings or any other ingredients for that matter. Our restaurant doesn’t even have a freezer!
Why do you use thighs for your boneless wings instead of breasts?
Thighs are more flavorful and stay incredibly moist even after double frying. Also, we love the extra crispy skin pieces of the thighs that come mixed in with every order of boneless wings.
Are all of your sauces made in house?
Yes! All of our sauces are made in house every day. Because we have a small option of sauces, we can ensure our sauces are fresh and delicious day in, day out.
